Michael Alexander Arias (born November 15, 2001) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Arias signed with the Toronto Blue Jays as an international free agent on July 5, 2018. He was an infielder in the Blue Jays organization, but did not play in a game for the organization in 2018 or 2019, and missed the 2020 campaign after it was cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Arias was released by Toronto on May 29, 2020.

On January 15, 2021, Arias signed a minor league contract with the Chicago Cubs and was converted into a pitcher.

On November 14, 2023, the Cubs added Arias to their 40-man roster to protect him from the Rule 5 draft. He was optioned to the Double–A Tennessee Smokies to begin the 2024 season. In 49 appearances split between Tennessee and the Triple-A Iowa Cubs, Arias accumulated a 6-2 record and 4.77 ERA with 72 strikeouts and 5 saves across innings pitched. On January 13, 2025, Arias was designated for assignment by the Cubs.

On January 15, 2025, Arias was traded to the New York Yankees in exchange for cash considerations. He was optioned to the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders to begin the 2025 season.
