Catherine Jane Harmer (born 23 April 1973) is a British cognitive neuroscientist and Professor of Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Oxford Department of Psychiatry. She is known for her work on the neuropsychopharmacology of emotion and depression, particularly in identifying how antidepressant medications affect emotional processing before changes in mood become evident.
