Ethel Leonor Noia Maciel (born 17 November 1968; Baixo Guandu) is a Brazilian PhD, epidemiologist, nurse, Professor and the Chairperson for the Tuberculosis Research Network from World Health Organization. She is a researcher in infectious diseases with a special focus on tuberculosis.
