Helal Uddin Ahmed (born 23 May 1963) is a retired Bangladeshi government official who is currently a member of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission.He served as the Senior Secretary to the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives previously. Helal Uddin Ahmed conducted the 11th National Parliament Election, 2018, which was held on 30 December 2018 while serving as the Secretary of Bangladesh Election Commission. Provided by Wikipedia
