Harry Black is a fictional character in the BBC Scotland soap, ''River City'' played by Carter Ferguson from 2004 to 2005. PC Black is a police officer.Harry was the officer who looked after Joanne Rossi (Allison McKenzie) and Ruth Rossi (Morag Calder) when they were in jail. He went on a date with Kelly-Marie Adams (Carmen Pieraccini), but the pair later decided that they weren't suited to each other.
