Patrick Ball
Patrick Ball (born June 26, 1965) is an American scientist specializing in quantitative analysis of large-scale human rights violations. He worked for truth commissions, non-governmental organizations, and international criminal tribunals and United Nations missions in several countries. As Director of Research at the Human Rights Data Analysis Group, he carries out statistical and scientific analyses to assist human rights defenders in documenting and understanding patterns of abuse.
