Victor Dzau Victor Joseph Dzau (; born 23 October 1945) is a Chinese-American physician and academic. He serves as the President of the United States National Academy of Medicine (formerly the ''Institute of Medicine'') of the United States National Academy of Sciences and Vice Chair of its National Research Council.
