Vinay Kulkarni
Vinay Rajashekharappa Kulkarni is an Indian politician who was the minister for Mines and Geology in the Government of Karnataka. He was a Member of Legislative Assembly representing the Dharwad constituency, and belongs to the Indian National Congress party in Karnataka.
