The book of Procedural Law that was made exclusive as a learning tool for law students; makes each chapter topics of interest in the knowledge of Procedural Law and its new changes that occurred from the year 2012 with Law 1564, collecting in it, the great experiences that occurred with the law 1395 of 2010; so much so that while this law was seen as a decongestion tool in different areas of law. In civil matters, important advances were achieved in the solutions of civil conflicts; at the same time with it the system of hearings was put into practice, which, although they were not directed under the orality, as it brings with it the General Code of Process, in its practice led to expose, all the actions of the judge as director of the process in a much faster way by the simplification of the procedure.

El libro de Derecho Procesal que se hizo exclusivo como herramienta de aprendizaje para los estudiantes de derecho; hace de cada capítulo temas de interés en el conocimiento del Derecho Procesal y sus nuevos cambios que se dieron a partir del año 2012 con la Ley 1564, recogiendo en él, las grandes experiencias que se dieron con la ley 1395 de 2010; tanto es así que si bien esta ley se miró como una herramienta de descongestión en las diferentes áreas del derecho. En materia civil, se lograron avances importantes en las soluciones de conflictos civiles; a su vez con ella se puso en práctica el sistema de audiencias, que, si bien no estaban direccionadas bajo la oralidad, como si lo trae consigo el Código General del Proceso, en su práctica conllevo a exponer, toda la actuación del juez como director del proceso en una forma mucho más rápida por la simplificación del procedimiento.
