The vision of analysis is complemented with the understanding of human rights from a methodological vision based on the critical school as a form of emancipation of the being, which is concretized for example in the discrimination towards women as a way to increase their protection, and is complemented from the comparative vision of human rights and fundamental rights in European and American courts.

La visión de análisis se complementa con la comprensión de los derechos humanos desde una visión metodológica a partir de la escuela crítica como una forma de emancipación del ser, que se concreta por ejemplo en la discriminación hacia la mujer como una forma de aumentar su protección, y se complementa a partir de la visión comparada de los derechos humanos y los fundamentales en los tribunales europeos y americanos.
