Guarantorism and other philosophical-legal currents at the beginning of the century marked processes of legal innovation to the extent that they began processes of legal implementation, copying of models that worked in other legal systems and mergers, adaptations, articulations, among other possibilities of creation in the law. Two decades later, this type of legal creation and innovation has been exacerbated by the incorporation of technology in the law, in the way in which the law is interpreted, in the new problems that arise, and also in changes in the way of conceiving and relating to the world.

El garantismo y otras corrientes filosófico - jurídicos de comienzo del siglo fueron marcando procesos de innovación jurídica en la medida en que se empezaron procesos de implantación jurídica, copia de modelos que funcionaban en otros sistemas jurídicos y fusiones, adaptaciones, articulaciones, entre otras posibilidades de creación en el derecho. Este tipo de creaciones e innovaciones jurídicas, dos décadas después se ha venido exacerbando en cuanto a la incorporación de la tecnología en el derecho, en la forma en que se interpreta el derecho, en las nuevas problemáticas que se presentan, y en cambios también en la forma de concebir y de relacionarse en el mundo.
