Furthermore, this type of colloidal system has been utilized as a vehicle for the encapsulation and delivery of different bioactive compounds, such as antioxidants, vitamins, and fragrances. Therefore, a new generation of advanced emulsions may lead to products with enhanced quality and functionality. |
