Das Inspection Panel der Weltbank gilt in diesem Rahmen als Chance, Einfluss auf die Kreditvergabe zu nehmen und emanzipatorisches Potenzial zu entfalten. Dustin Schäfer lotet Möglichkeiten und Grenzen dieses Instruments aus und kombiniert dazu postkoloniale mit liberalen organisationssoziologischen Ansätzen.
