Das vorliegende Fallrepetitorium zum Verwaltungsrecht ist das erste offen lizenzierte Fallrepetitorium in der deutschen Rechtswissenschaft. Es will als "Leuchtturmprojekt" die Idee freier Bildungsmaterialien (sog. Open Educational Resources) in den Bereich der rechtswissenschaftlichen Ausbildungsliteratur tragen und zum Nachahmen anregen. Es begleitet das ebenfalls 2019 erschienene Lehrbuch "Verwaltungsrecht in der Klausur" und bereichert dieses konkrete Fallbeispiele. "Fälle zum Verwaltungsrecht" präsentiert das prüfungsrelevante Verwaltungsrecht anhand von 16 großen Fällen, die in dieser Form auch in Klausuren abgeprüft werden könnten. Die ausführlichen Lösungen werden von einer Einführung in die gutachterliche Prüfung und von Prüfungsschemata für die wichtigsten Klage- und Antragsarten der VwGO begleitet.
