| 520 | |a Diese theoretische Verortung von Erwachsenenbildner_innen erlaubt es, die Profession mit ihren pluralen Strukturen und Vernetzungen sowie ihrer offenen und nicht strukturierten Qualifizierung zu fassen. Dafür werden bisherige Beiträge zur Professionalisierung der Erwachsenenbildung in einer Zusammenschau analysiert sowie ein neues Professionskonzept vorgelegt. Die beiden entwickelten Beschreibungsmodelle »Professionsspezifische Subkulturen« und »Soziale Welten in Arenen« ermöglichen es zudem, die Profession der Erwachsenenbildner_innen sowohl in ihrer Diversität als auch in ihrer bereits jetzt bestehenden Homogenität und Kohäsion zu erfassen. Die Studie liefert damit neue Ansatzpunkte für die wissenschaftliche und praktische Umsetzung von Professionalisierung. | ||
