| 520 | |a About the publication لطالما أقرّت اللجنة الافريقيّة لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب في اجتهاداتها القانونيّة بالحقّ في الحياة كأحد الحقوق الأساسيّة. فمن دون الحق في الحياة، لا يمكن تطبيق الحقوق الأخرى. وقد اعتمدت اللجنة التعليق العام رقم 3 على الميثاق الإفريقي لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب (المادّة4) خلال دورتها العاديّة ال57 التي عُقدت في بانجول، غامبيا، في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2015. فهو قد صُمّمَ لترشيد تفسير الحق في الحياة وتطبيقه بموجب الميثاق وضمان إنفاذه بشكل متّسق في مجموعة من الأوضاع، بما فيها التنفيذ على المستوى المحلّي. ولا يُرسي التعليق العام أيّ معايير جديدة أو يضيء على الممارسات الفُضلى، بل يحدّد منظور اللجنة فيما يتّصل بأبعاد هذا الحقّ المعترف به عالميًّا. النصّ متوفّر أيضًا باللغات الأربع الرسميّة للاتّحاد الإفريقي، على الموقع الإلكتروني للجنة الإفريقية: www.achpr.org | ||
