Außerdem werden die Schwierigkeiten bei der Implementierung aufgezeigt und tiefgreifende und umfassende Maßnahmen, unter Orientierung am europäischen Kartellsanktionenrecht, vorgeschlagen, um eine effizientere Verfolgung der Kartellrechtsverstöße zu erreichen. | ||
