To design effectively a class is essential to obtain the expected result of the teaching-learning process. In the design, important factors such as the ma-nagement of the class, the learning environments, the interest, motivation of the students and the leadership that both teachers and students should have to assimilate the conditions of the school in the 21st century. Leadership consists in creating, feeding and developing the capacity of teachers and students to get involved in a high-level learning and to think about their own learning practice. Elmore, R. Diseñar efectivamente una clase es esencial para lograr los resultados que se esperan del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. En el diseño se tienen en cuenta factores tan importantes como la administración que se hace de la misma, los ambientes de aprendizaje, el interés, la motivación de los estudiantes y el liderazgo que deben tener tanto profesores como estudiantes para asimilar las condiciones de la escuela del siglo XXI. El liderazgo consiste esencialmente en crear, alimentar y desarrollar la capacidad de los docentes y estudiantes para que se involucren en un aprendizaje de alto nivel y para que reflexionen sobre su propia práctica de aprendizaje.
