This work establishes a relationship between the organization system and the construction of a multiethnic State under certain reasons behind the Inca expansion. Therefore, this essay aims to substantiate that the Incas formed a State, under the various requirements or essential elements therefore it requires. TheInca culture is studied and analyzed by historians, sociologists, anthropologists, etc. who throughout history tried to find out and interpret the various vestiges and the reason for their expansion and organization, as well as the form and type of government in the empire, which resemble the form of Roman government, omnipotent and centralist with a close cosmological, theological, blood bond. A sovereign State, with a high power over the population (ayllus) and the other ethnic groups absorbed by two modalities: by a peaceful way (respecting their culture and language) and by another violent and ruthless (imposing their culture and language).

Este trabajo fija una relación entre el sistema de organización y la construcción de un Estado multiétnico bajo determinadas razones detrás de la expansión Inca. Por tanto, este ensayo tiene por objetivo fundamentar que los Incas conformaron un Estado, bajo los diversos requisitos o elementos esenciales portanto este requiere.La cultura Inca es estudiada, investigada y analizada tanto por historiadores, sociólogos, antropólogos, etc. quienes a lo largo de la historia trataron de averiguar e interpretar los diversos vestigios yla razón de su expansión y organización, así como la forma y el tipo de gobierno en el imperio, lo cual asemejan a la forma de gobierno Romano, omnipotente y centralista con un estrecho vínculo cosmológico, teológico, sanguíneo. Un Estado soberano, con unalto poder sobre la población (ayllus) y las demás etnias absorbidas por dos modalidades: por una vía pacífica (respetando su cultura e idioma) y por otra violenta y despiadada (imponiendo su cultura e idioma) imponiendo así sus costumbres -ordenamiento jurídico, creencias, y la religión (politeísta) como acto de imposición, opresión o sometimiento, para un buen control.
