Summary:The present work aims to demonstrate that the Tiahuanaco culture is one of the most important civilizations of the Andes, so that it can be considered a state due to its form of organization and expansion. In addition, the Tiahuanaco civilization managed to bring its culture in a material andideological way to different peoples in its region. Specifically, with the research process, following a chronological order, and with the support of instruments or bibliographic data, we are going to substantiate that Tiahuanaco is a State, since it has the basic elements that guarantee the existence of any State: Territory, Society or people. And power.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo demostrar que la cultura Tiahuanaco es una de las civilizaciones más importantes de los andes, de manera que se puede considerar estado debido a su forma de organización y expansión. Además, la civilización Tiahuanaco logró llevar su cultura de manera material e ideológica a distintos pueblos de su región. En concreto, con el proceso de la investigación, siguiendo una orden cronológico, y con apoyo de instrumentos o datos bibliográficos vamos a fundamentar que Tiahuanaco es un Estado, pues posee los elementos básicos que garantizan la existencia de todo Estado: Territorio, Sociedad o pueblo y Poder.
