El artículo de manera breve tiene como objetivo exponer las ideas del educador, político y abogado puneño José Antonio Encinas entorno a las causas de la criminalidad indígena en el Perú, como producto del indigenismo jurídico universitario y de manera somera presentar nuestra opinión al respecto, partiendo desde los inicios del siglo XX en medio del "leguismo" y finalizando en el porvenir de la Criminología peruana del siglo actual. |
