| Summary: | This work, which can very well be considered as a manual (as it deals with issues related to the understanding or introduction to the study of legal argumentation and fundamental rights today), starting from the premise that the Legal argumentation is very important in the different legal fields or contexts in which it occurs, and, precisely, reviewing the doctrinal, jurisprudential and normative argumentation, it addresses the problem of ownership of fundamental rights by legal persons. El presente trabajo, que muy bien puede ser considerado a manera de manual (en tanto se ocupa de temas relacionados a la compresión o introducción al estudio de la argumentación jurídica y de los derechos fundamentales en la actualidad), partiendo de la premisa de que la argumentación jurídica es muy importante en los diferentes ámbitos o contexto jurídicos en que esta se da, y, precisamente, revisando la argumentación doctrinaria, jurisprudencial y normativa, aborda la problemática de la titularidad de los derechos fundamentales por las personas jurídicas. |
