Summary:	Women pregnantÂ classifiedÂ asÂ vulnerableÂ groupsÂ becauseÂ ofÂ changesÂ inÂ bodyÂ physiologyÂ andÂ immuneÂ responseÂ mechanismsÂ inÂ theirÂ bodies.Â SARS-CoV-2Â infectionÂ inÂ pregnancyÂ stimulatesÂ anÂ increaseÂ inÂ theÂ expressionÂ ofÂ proinflammatoryÂ cytokines,Â namelyÂ IL-6,Â IL-12,Â IL-1Î², dan IFNÎ³ whichÂ canÂ damageÂ lungÂ organs.Â TheÂ purposeÂ ofÂ thisÂ studyÂ wasÂ toÂ lookÂ atÂ theÂ hematologicalÂ profileÂ ofÂ pregnantÂ womenÂ withÂ COVID-19,Â especiallyÂ inÂ theÂ thirdÂ trimesterÂ asÂ anÂ effortÂ toÂ detectÂ theÂ severityÂ ofÂ theÂ infectionÂ experiencedÂ byÂ theÂ mother.Â ThisÂ studyÂ wasÂ aÂ quantitativeÂ descriptiveÂ studyÂ withÂ aÂ retrospectiveÂ designÂ usingÂ secondaryÂ dataÂ fromÂ medicalÂ records.Â ThisÂ studyÂ wasÂ carriedÂ outÂ atÂ dr.Â SoebandiÂ HospitalÂ Jember,Â medicalÂ recordÂ dataÂ wereÂ takenÂ fromÂ January toÂ DecemberÂ 2021.Â TheÂ subjectsÂ ofÂ studyÂ wereÂ pregnantÂ womenÂ inÂ theÂ thirdÂ trimesterÂ withÂ COVID-19.Â TheÂ samplingÂ techniqueÂ Â Â totalÂ sampling.Â MethodÂ ofÂ analysisÂ inÂ thisÂ studyÂ usedÂ aÂ frequencyÂ distribution.Â ResultsÂ ofÂ theÂ studyÂ showedÂ thatÂ 100%Â ofÂ pregnantÂ womenÂ withÂ COVID-19Â hadÂ symptomsÂ ofÂ cough,Â runnyÂ nose,Â fever Â andÂ shortnessÂ ofÂ breath.Â ResultsÂ ofÂ theÂ mother'sÂ hematologicalÂ examinationÂ showedÂ anÂ increaseÂ inÂ leukocytesÂ (48%)Â andÂ aÂ decreaseÂ inÂ lymphocytesÂ (92%),Â mostÂ ofÂ theÂ mothersÂ hadÂ anemiaÂ (76%),Â thereÂ wasÂ aÂ decreaseÂ inÂ plateletsÂ (8%)Â andÂ anÂ increaseÂ inÂ plateletsÂ (20%). In conclusion, they hadÂ theÂ sameÂ symptomsÂ asÂ patientsÂ inÂ general,Â includingÂ cough,Â runnyÂ nose,Â feverÂ toÂ shortnessÂ ofÂ breath,Â anÂ increaseÂ inÂ leukocytesÂ andÂ aÂ decreaseÂ inÂ lymphocytes,Â mostÂ ofÂ theÂ mothersÂ alsoÂ experienceÂ anemia andÂ changesÂ toÂ abnormalÂ maternalÂ plateletsÂ occur.
