520 | |a This article aims to present an analysis of the contribution of the Forum of Secretaries of Education from the Valley of Jiquiriçá (Educavale), Bahia, Brazil, to improve the quality of education in the twenty municipalities involved, from the perspective of the agents responsible for the cooperative organization mentioned. This analysis is based on a qualitative approach research, whose methodological strategy was the case study. More specifically, the research evidenced the need for coordinating and inductive actions of the Union and the states in the federative articulation with the municipalities, highlighting how the perception about their own isolation and the urgent need to look for a way out made possible the construction of articulations among the municipal entities, urging the other federated entities to confront the inequalities of structure and conjuncture that hinder the achievement of the social quality of public education in Brazil. | ||
