| Summary: | Se presenta una paciente de 68 años de edad que sufrió infarto agudo del miocardio anterior e inferior y a la cual se le realizó tratamiento trombolítico temprano; como complicaciones hizo rotura del tabique ventricular con cortocircuito de izquierda a derecha significativo, y aneurisma del ventrículo izquierdo grande sin deterioro hemodinámico. Las coronarias resultaron angiográficamente normales. A 68 years old female patient with anterior and inferior acute myocardial infarction is presented; she received early thrombolytic therapy; the complications occurred were ventricular septal rupture with significant shunt from left to right, and big left ventricular aneurysm without hemodynamic impairment. The coronary arteries were angiographically normal. |
