Herein, we reported a case of a secondary prosthetic endovascular infection following repeated bacteremia episodes from a urinary source. This case illustrates an MDR <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> aortic infection that was difficult to diagnose with no oral antibiotic treatment options. | ||
