<b>Resumen</b><p align="justify">En este estudio se describe el perfil sociodemográfico, laboral y formativo de las personas que trabajan en la readaptación y reeducación físico-deportiva mediante actividad física y deporte. La metodología utilizada es cuantitativa de corte descriptivo, y los procedimientos que se han seguido son los propios de la encuesta. En este el estudio se obtiene que esta función laboral se está convirtiendo en un ámbito de actuación profesional importante. Respecto al perfil sociodemográfico, estas personas son mayoritariamente hombres y menores de 35 años. Además, se obtiene una elevada contratación temporal, plurifuncionalidad, subcontratación y ausencia de contratación. Asimismo, la mayoría de las personas que trabajan en esta función laboral no poseen alguno de los diferentes tipos de titulaciones de actividad física y deporte. También, se observa que la mayoría de estas personas han realizado cursos o postgrados en los últimos cuatro años.</p><b>Abstract</b> <p align="justify">This research describes the demographic profile, employment and training of persons working in end-stage of rehabilitation physical activity and sport. The methodology used is descriptive quantitative cut, where the procedures followed are those of the survey. In this study we find that this is becoming an important area of professional employment. With respect to sociodemographic profile, these people are overwhelmingly male and aged under 35. In addition, you get a high short-term employment, multi-functionality, outsourcing and lack of recruitment. Also, the majority of people working in this job function does not have any of the different types of degree of physical activity and sport. Also, we find that most of these people have done courses or postgraduate courses in the past four years.</p>
