| Summary: | This paper addresses the issue of selecting the sailing sport from an integrative perspective. Indicators are proposed for selecting initial sport that brings together a number of variables (educational, psychological, sociological and anthropometric), which become indicators that correspond to the demands of the sports. The paper offers a comprehensive assessment system that is different from those presented in the bibliography consulted by the author. Its implementation is aimed at ensuring a more objective and inclusive selection in this crucial process. |
