EL COMPORTAMIENTO Y EL CAMBIO EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES EDUCATIVAS: VÍAS PARA UNA INVESTIGACIÓN EDUCACIONAL CRÍTICA

En este artículo se presenta y analiza la metodología que emerge de un proyecto de investigación -"La Universidad va a la Escuela" (LUVE)- con el propósito de considerar su consistencia y su pertinencia onto-epistemológica-axiológica y mostrar, al mismo tiempo, la diversidad de opciones que ofrece al investigador novel. Se define el objeto de investigación y la teoría sobre la acción que le sirve de apoyo inicial; se describen, ilustran y discuten el método y las técnicas de investigación, al igual que la Tecnología Social de Mediación (TSM) que se construye en el proceso de interacción Universidad- Escuela. El análisis muestra cómo han venido integrándose los componentes del proyecto para configurar un tipo de investigación educacional crítica que persigue promover cambios en la cultura de escuelas básicas específicas y, simultáneamente, generalizar la TSM y teorizar sobre el cambio como aprendizaje organizacional. Se señala también el reto que representa para el investigador, la aparición de rupturas paradigmáticas provenientes de una radicalización de la teoría crítica en el contexto de la postmodernidad, de nuevas explicaciones del cambio con base en la termodinámica de los procesos irreversibles y de la revolución de la informática y las telecomunicaciones.<br>A methodology that emerges from a research project entitled "The University Goes to School" (LUVE) is described and analyzed in order to consider its onto-epistemological-axiological consistency and relevance and to display the variety of options offered to the novel researcher. The research subject, the theoretical frame of reference, the methods and techniques of research as well as the Mediating Social Technology (TSM) which is built in the interaction process University-Elementary School are defined. The analysis shows how the components of the project are evolving into a type of critical educational research intended to promote changes in the organizational culture of specific elementary schools and, simultaneously, to generalize the TSM and to theorize about the change as an organizational learning. It also suggest the challenge it represents for the researcher, the emerging of paradigmatic breakthroughs coming from the radicalization of the critical theory within the postmodernity context, from new explanations of the change processes based on the thermodynamic of irreversible processes and from the informatic and telecomunication revolution.
