Neonatal nursing workload - can it be measured?
Continuing pressure an tertiary hospitals 10 reduce expenses has inevitably meant a demand to reduce nursing staff. This intensified the need to ensure that staffing allocation is appropriate. A method to calculate staffing needs based measurement of neonatal workload is explored.
