| Summary: | Abstract: This research aimed to prove effect instructional strategies of group cooperative on technical skills and self efficacy learners to technical skills with a quasi experimental methods. Research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Kupang, Indonesia. Subject is class X Audio Video Technique 2 with 40 people in 2015/2016 school year. Hypothesis testing using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Results, there are differences in technical skills of learners who have high self-efficacy with low self-efficacy and interaction between the instructional strategies and self efficacy towards technical skills. Suggestions study, Self-efficacy of learners is one factor to be considered, especially on the practice subjects. Key Words: group cooperaitve, self-efficacy, technical skills Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran kerjasama kelompok terhadap keterampilan teknikal dan efikasi diri pembelajar terhadap keterampilan teknikal dengan metode quasi experimental. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Kupang. Subjek penelitian kelas X Teknik Audio Video-2 berjumlah 40 orang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance). Hasil penelitian ada perbedaan keterampilan teknikal pembelajar yang memiliki efikasi diri tinggi dengan efikasi diri rendah dan ada interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan efikasi diri pembelajar terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan teknikal. Saran penelitian, efikasi diri pembelajar perlu diterapkan terutama pada mata pelajaran keterampilan teknikal. Kata kunci: efikasi diri, kerjasama kelompok, keterampilan teknikal |
