Summary:The article analyzes modern aspects of therapy in children with acute rhynosinusitis with atypical etiology (Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae). Basic medications for the treatment of acute rhynosinusitis caused by atypical agents at the present times are antibiotics from macrolides group.
