Description

Hyoscine butylbromide is M-cholinergic antagonist, it does not penetrates blood-brain barrier, does not induce common for cholinergic antagonists vascular reactions and decrease of blood pressure. This drug is used in pediatric practice for a long time, it can be used in patients 6 years old anв older, and it has good safety profile.

Key words: abdominal pain, hyoscine butylbromide.
(Voprosy sovremennoi pediatrii - Current Pediatrics. 2010;9(1):168-170)
