Whakarāpopototanga:Sedentary lifestyle can be defined as the state of man which is characterized by the lack of a minimum recommended daily physical activity, to produce adaptive phenomena that reduce the risk of cardiovascular or disease related to the lack of body activity. In this work, the two Argentine-Italian realities will be compared in order to evaluate possible solutions and remedies especially during the current pandemic in order to prevent possible risk factors for chronic and psycho-physical diseases. Some recommendations will be identified aimed at changing lifestyles and teaching at school, focusing on the real potential of motor and sports activities outdoors, in a natural envi-ronment.
