Description
Summary:The increase of the use of projects as pedagogical tools, which involves collaborations between people from the cultural and from the educative field who don't have the same references or schemes for action, brings to wonder about the teaching work when it is not only defined by the scholastic institution but implies also external actors. Through the study of the device Collège au cinéma, which invites teachers to talk in the classroom of movies they have seen in the movie-theater, this article explains the two major tensions that teachers crystallize in the application of their work. The first one is about their profiles and motivations, the second is about the way they use cinema in the classroom. These tensions are driven by the gap between an endogenous conception of "cinema pedagogy" as professionals of this field define it, and its exogenous application, by the scholastic institution.
