Description
Summary:The research was aimed at the study of basic verbal, educational and social skills that contribute to independent functioning in society. Study involved 2 preschoolers. Mark Sandberg's VB-MAPP Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program was used as the main research method. It was found that the majority of respondents' skills are formed at the level of a 0-18 month old normotypic child, which corresponds to the first level of development. The skills of expressing requests and social skills were the least developed. The results of the research are proposed for inclusion in the programs of intensive psycho-educational work aimed at the development of com- munication, interaction and cooperation with adults and peers.
