| Summary: | <p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p align="center"> </p><p>Bunga kecubung gunung secara tradisional telah di pakai sebagai antiasmatik.<strong> </strong>Napas marmot yang diinduksi oleh histamin dihidroklorida secara inhalasi dan diberikan ekstrak air bunga kecubung gunung. Diuji dengan menggunakan cara vogel, dengan modifikasi metode perekaman pola pernapasan. Kemudian direkam pola pernapasannya selama 5 menit sampai diperoleh pola pernapasan marmot yang diinduksi asma.<strong> </strong>Ekstrak air bunga kecubung gunung dosis 40 mg/kg bb memiliki efek yang paling baik dibandingkan kedua dosis yang lainnya pada P<0,05 dengan uji t-student, dan setara dengan pembanding salbutamol sulfat 0,16 mg/kg bb.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: bunga kecubung gunung, bronkodilator, ekstrak air, histamin dihidroklorida</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Brugmansia suaveolens leaves have traditionally been in use as antiasthmatic.<strong> </strong>Shortness of guinea pig induced by histamine dihydrochloride administered by inhalation and aqueous extract of leaves Brugmansia suaveolens. Tested using the method Vogel, with modification of the method of recording breathing patterns. Then the breathing pattern was recorded for 5 minutes until a guinea pig respiratory pattern induced asthma.<strong> </strong>Brugmansia suaveolens leaves aqueous extract dose of 40 mg / kg bw had a most excellent effect compared to the other two doses at P < 0.05 by Student 's t-test , and as well as a comparison of salbutamol sulphate equivalent to 0.16 mg / kg bw.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em> : Brugmansia suaveolens leaves, bronchodilators, extract water, Histamine dihydrochloride.</em></p> |
