Summary:The article deals with one of the most urgent problems of pediatrics - malassimilation syndrome due to lactose intolerance in children at different age periods. Pathogenetic mechanisms of lactose intolerance, clinical features, diagnostic problems and treatment principles are discussed. Characteristics of the dietary supplement Lactazik Sperco, containing lactase, is given. The results of the use of the dietary supplement Lactazik Sperco in the relief of primary and secondary malassimilation syndrome due to lactose intolerance in children at different ages are given.
