The surgical technique principle is to facilitate the impacted tooth, so that it can be erupted by creating </em><span style="font-family: TribuneItalic; font-size: 9pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>a window and take the bone obstructed surrounding the tooth crown surgically and afterward it is orthodontically tracted.
