Description
Summary:The female patient with extracapillary pauci-immune AncA associated glomerulonephritis having antibodies against myeloperoxidase and dialysis-requiring renal failure is described. The computed tomography revealed the mucous membrane thickening in the maxillary sinus. The pulse dose glucocorticosteroid and cyclophosphamide therapy contributed to the decrease in the levels of antibodies against myeloperoxidase and improvement of the nitrogen excretion function of the kidneys.
