Summary:The article discusses the problem of systemic capillary leakage syndrome (CLS) in patients with endogenous intoxication. Pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical picture and methods of treatment of these pathological conditions are presented. The effectiveness of drugs based on L-arginine and L-carnitine, in particular the combined drug Tivorel in the treatment of CLS in patients with endogenous intoxication has been shown.
