Results:Two hundred and thirty patients diagnosed with LSIL from conventional Pap smear underwent colposcopy and/or tissue biopsy. The prevalence of invasive cervical cancer, HSIL, LSIL and normal/cervicitis were 0%, 16.5%, 66.5%, and 17.0% respectively. Age groups of 31 years old or older were the statistically significant factor associated with high grade lesion. Conclusion:The prevalence of histological HSIL from conventional Pap smear diagnosed LSIL in Chonburi Hospital is 16.5%, no invasive cancer were found. | ||
