Summary:The pulmonary tissue pathomorphological research using histological and immunohistochemical methods of 19 preterm children with birth weight less than 1500 g, gestational age less 32 weeks and the risk factors of forming of bronchopulmonary dysplasia has been conducted. The alteration of respiratory, bronchoalveolar and vascular branches of pulmonary tissue, decline of regeneration possibilities of pulmonary tissue in late neonatal period and absence of those after the neonatal period finished have been detected.
