Summary:Coincidence of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis (AD) is considered to be very rare, as a result of the different underlying immunopathology. This case report describes a patient with long history of atopy and AD who developed psoriatic nail changes and psoriatic arthritis (PsA). The patient's skin, however, revealed only eczematous lesions without manifestation of psoriasis.
