| Summary: | I wrote this article during the summer of 2001 in order to present it at the III National Conference of Military Nursing held in Cartagena in April 2002. Although written nearly a year ago, last November governmental decisions with regard to nursing career development come to show little quantitative or qualitative change; on the contrary, the overall impression is that of a perpetual fabulous make-up process. After re-reading it and asking colleagues for their opinion, I concluded that this intervention is still up to date, therefore I proceeded to shaping it into an article. |
