This is an emergency case and needs extraction of the foreign body via bronchoscopy with general anesthesia as soon as </em><span style="font-family: TribuneItalic; font-size: 9pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>possible. The optimal preparation is a controlled, well-equipped and well prepared operative setting.
