臺灣教師專業組織論述的發展分析 A Study on the Development of Teacher Professional Association Discourse in Taiwan
本文的目的在瞭解臺灣自1995 年《教師法》通過前後迄今(2012 年),教師專業組織論述的形塑與發展過程。本文在研究方法上採取論述分析法,對當時教師專業論述文本包括官方報告、報章媒體報導、民間團體刊物與學者專家的研究報告進行文本的分析、論述的詮釋與社會脈絡的解釋,並據以形成本文的研究結論。本研究 的研究結論如下: 一、專業主義論述形成了臺灣教師高標準的道德形象。 二、工會主義論述使得臺灣教師組織逐漸走向工會組織。 三、教師的冷漠態度,對教師組織的運作與團結產生很大的影響。 四、教師專業組織的論述呈現出專業主義與工會主義間的對立過程。 This paper was to explore the...
