<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan metode eksperimen pada pengajaran pokok bahasan pesawat<br />sederhana dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Penerapan metode ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas V semester 2<br />SD Negeri Tayu Wetan 02. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan<br />materi yang berbeda. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Data hasil belajar<br />kognitif diperoleh melalui postest pada akhir siklus, hasil belajar afektif dan psikomotorik diperoleh melalui lembar observasi,<br />sedangkan tanggapan siswa diperoleh malalui angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran pokok bahasan pesawat<br />sederhana dengan metode eksperimen yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.<br /><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong></strong>The research aimed to investigate whether the implementation of an experimental method on the topic of simple mechanic tools<br />able to improve primary school students' achievement. The method implemented on grade V second semester student of State<br />Primary School 02 Tayu Wetan. The study is conducted through classroom action research in three cycles with different lesson<br />materials. Each cycle consisted of four states, namely: planning, conducting, observation, and reflection. The cognitive data<br />obtained by the post test at the end of each cycle, the affective and psychomotorics from the observation sheets, and the student's<br />responses through questionnaire. The study proves that implementing the experiment method of the instructions on simple<br />mechanic tools topic is proven able to improve student learning achievement.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: instructions; experiment method; simple mechanic tools</p>
