Summary: | In this apport, we describe how young pianists beginners interact with an application for a digital tablet (Wolfie) in the context of their pianist practices at home. Within the support of the instrumental approach framework (Rabardel, 1995), we investigate the use of the evaluate mode function of the artifact. This mode provides a feedback about the student's musical production. From case studies, we demonstrate how throughout its actions, the subject uses and appropriates this mode and how he constructs a representation of what this mode measures and evaluates. |
