The site of work into main documents of Party and State is analyzed as well, seeking to show it is not considered as deserve, because it is needed a particular Project for the development of Labor relations like the economic development has done for. / RESUMEN El presente es un ensayo que somete a examen el trabajo como actividad social y como categoría para comprender y gestionar su desenvolvimiento a escala social, como parte esencial del proyecto socialista de nación escogido por el pueblo cubano. Se analiza el lugar del trabajo en los documentos rectores aprobados por el Partido Comunista de Cuba (PCC) y el Estado, para concluir que no se le da el lugar que merece, en tanto y cuanto debe diseñarse un proyecto particular para el desarrollo de las relaciones laborales, como se ha hecho con el desenvolvimiento económico. |
